Holiday Hosting is a locally owned and operated Townsville business, bringing together boutique holiday accommodation and a complete property management service. We help guests feel at home while caring for every owner's investment.
Our team of property managers, maintenance experts, tradespeople and cleaners works together to give guests a welcoming home away from home. From preparing each property to managing guest communication, cleaning, inspections and maintenance, we take care of the details that make a stay run smoothly.
Brandi Murphy brings more than 20 years of experience in business and finance to helping property owners make the most of their investment. Together with the Holiday Hosting team, she combines personal service with practical property management expertise.
For owners, our total management package includes initial styling and preparation, professional listings across booking platforms and ongoing day-to-day care. We review maintenance and marketing regularly, with a focus on keeping properties in excellent condition and maximising their potential.
